Financial Aid
PMTC is able to offer financial aid composed of grants and loans to help students defray their education expenses. PMTC participates in most Title IV federal financial aid programs and several state programs. The basic precept of these programs is that students have the primary responsibility and obligation to assist in meeting educational costs after the families and students financial resources are taken into consideration.
Each financial aid program requires specific eligibility and application procedures. These procedures are briefly explained below.
We will assist you in applying for the following Aid:
- Pell Grants
- Federal Subsidized Stafford Loans
- Federal Unsubsidized Stafford Loans
- Federal PLUS Loans

Besides receiving financial assistance from outside resources (such as Scholarships, Veterans Administration, Vocational Rehabilitation, and Work Force Investment Act) Professional Massage Training Center offers two additional financing options to assist in assembling your financial aid package.
Sallie Mae makes career training affordable for a variety of students attending PMTC. The loan is geared to your success and Sallie Mae has made it easy to get approved. The process is fast and acceptance rates are high—about 70%. Ask our Financial Aid Advisor for details.
Students may create a private payment plan to make monthly in-school payments at zero interest. The balance must be paid in full prior to graduating from the program.
