Admission Requirements

  • Must be at least 17 years old at the start of the program and 18 years old upon graduation from the program.
  • Must have a high school diploma issued by a recognized high school or a GED certificate issued by an appropriate state agency.
  • Must not be required to register as a sex offender under Missouri Statute 589.400.
  • Must not have been convicted of committing a violent crime against another person.
  • Must meet with an Admissions Representative prior to application to be informed about the programs at PMTC.
  • Must successfully complete an admissions interview and be admitted by the Director. The interview will verify that all information about the field, the program, and the licensure guidelines has been properly explained.
