New Green Option for Linen Care

Therapy Linen Care, LLC (TLC LLC) is a new, environmentally friendly linen cleaning and pressing service that recently opened their first location in the historic Commercial Street neighborhood in Springfield, Missouri. Specifically addressing the laundry needs of massage therapists, acupuncturists, healing touch, and other holistic and conventional medical professionals, TLC has been conceived as a clean, green alternative to the wasteful process and chemicals typically used by commercial laundries.
Therapy Linen Care uses only biologically derived and biodegradable detergents in the wash, and the cleaning, drying, and pressing process itself occurs only during off-peak electricity usage hours, which more efficiently uses the energy grid. In addition, environmentally friendly materials were used to rehab the 40 year old former pharmacy where TLC does business. Pickup, delivery and overnight service are available.
Therapy Linen Care, LLC, is owned by Juliet Mee, founder and President of Professional Massage Training Center (PMTC). The school, founded in 1994, has graduated hundreds of massage professionals during the last 10 years it has operated on Commercial Street.
